Full purchase price of the lot will be collected when purchaser enters into contract with J. E. Nearon and Associates, SRL.
Lien will be placed on the 75 Acre Private Development on lots of 0.65-1.5 Acres +/- with Spectacular Ocean Views in the purchasers name or purchasers corporation name for the full amount of the purchase price of the lot to secure the investment.
J. E. Nearon and Associates, SRL. will use proceeds from the purchase price of the lot to finalize purchase of the overall property, segregate the lots, and install infrastructure in phases for the project (i.e. water, power, road access).
Upon completion of the segregation of the lots, J.E. Nearon and Associates, SRL will transfer ownership of the lot to the purchaser and will also pay the purchaser 7% annualized simple interest on the lot purchase price.
Example: Lot # 1 is purchased for $400,000 (USD). Purchaser of the lot enters into contract with J. E. Nearon and Associates, SRL. and deposits the entire purchase price of $400,000 into escrow. Lien is placed on the purchaser’s selected lot (0.65-1.5 Ac+/-) within the overall Property in the purchaser’s name for $400,000. Once lot is segregated, J. E. Nearon and Associates, SRL. transfers ownership to the purchaser and pays the purchaser $28,000 in interest, making the final lot purchase investment $372,000.
